Privacy Policy

What this website collects, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Effective October 2, 2026

What this policy covers

This policy covers nwpsychometric.com, the public website of Northwest Psychometric (“NWP,” “we”). It does not cover the MICAA provider platform at nwpprovider.com, which has its own privacy policy and terms of use, shown to providers when they create an account. It also does not cover Schoolhouse Educational Services, which distributes MICAA-A under its own policies, or the practices of any clinician or organization that uses MICAA-A.

What we collect

Mailing list. If you join our mailing list, we collect the name, email address and role you enter. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and the details are used only to send you the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us.

Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. They are used for security and to keep the site running, and are discarded after a limited period. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics services. If that changes, we will update this policy before it takes effect.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, share it for anyone else’s marketing, or use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers that host the site and deliver our email, and they may use it only to provide those services to us.

Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals; there is nothing to turn off. No third party collects personal information about your activity on this site.

Children and young people

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The pages written for young people who have been asked to complete a questionnaire do not collect any information at all: there is nothing to enter, and nothing is stored.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you from this website, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@nwpsychometric.com. We respond within 30 days. If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, we delete your details from it.

Requests about an assessment, including requests to see or correct questionnaire responses, go to the clinician who requested the assessment. Northwest Psychometric does not discuss any person’s results.

Assessment data and the provider platform

This website holds no assessment data. Questionnaires are completed, scored and stored on the MICAA provider platform at nwpprovider.com, which is a separate system with its own privacy policy and security documentation, provided to clinicians when they create an account. Where a provider is covered by HIPAA, those documents include the terms under which Northwest Psychometric acts as the provider’s business associate.

Reporting a security concern

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website or the platform, please email support@nwpsychometric.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed, and will not take action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith.

Links to other sites

Links to Schoolhouse, to the provider platform, and to the crisis services listed on the For Families page lead to sites with their own privacy policies.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
